How do I determine my correct size for Thursday Boots?
Most of our customers find that our boots run about a half-size larger than standard athletic sneakers. We recommend ordering a half-size down from your usual sneaker size for the best fit.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer free returns and exchanges on all domestic orders within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are in unworn, brand-new condition with all original packaging included.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within the continental U.S. usually takes 3-5 business days to arrive.
What kind of leather do you use for your boots?
We use high-quality, Tier 1 leathers sourced from world-class tanneries. This includes full-grain leathers, rugged suedes, and our signature WeatherSafe™ suede for durability and style.
Can your boots be resoled?
Yes, most of our boots are constructed using a Goodyear Welt, which allows them to be resoled by a professional cobbler multiple times, extending the life of your footwear for years.
