Once your request is submitted, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

Pack Your Items

Place the unworn boots back in their original branded box and secure them inside a shipping mailer with the return label attached to the outside.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of reaching our warehouse.
